Website for a clinical psychologist
A sample site for a clinical psychologist in Limassol: a calm first screen, what people come with, the first meeting in three steps and WhatsApp one tap away. English, Russian and Greek.
Problem :
Before writing to a psychologist, a person wants to know three things: whether this specialist works with their situation, how the first meeting goes and how to get in touch without an awkward phone call. A bare listing answers none of them.
Solution :
A quiet page in paper and warm velvet tones: the first screen says who he is and in which languages he works, then who comes and with what (adults, children and teenagers, families) with short notes from people, the consulting room, the first meeting as three steps with a WhatsApp message and the week’s hours, notes signed with initials, training and approach, hours and the area on a map, and a short form. WhatsApp and the phone are always in reach.
My Role :
Concept, design, texts and build in three languages. The psychologist and his practice are invented: this is a sample page for the niche, so it has no licence number, rating or exact address.
Process :
I looked at how psychologists in Cyprus present themselves, grouped the usual requests into adults, children and teenagers, and families, generated the photographs of the room and the sessions, and tuned every section for phones first, checking the motion on Android and iPhone.
Outcome :
A live site in three languages at mindroom.site: within one screen a visitor sees who he is, where he works and how to write to him.
Tech Stack :
Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind, content kept as data (texts, photos, hours, reviews) so the page can be updated without touching the layout. Animations use only transform and opacity, so they run the same on Android and iPhone. Hosted on Vercel.
