Telegram Mini App for a Café
A Telegram Mini App for a fast-food café: photo menu, item cards, cart & checkout, and a live kitchen panel for the cook.
Problem :
A café wanted to take orders without building or maintaining a native app — meeting customers where they already are, inside Telegram, with a real ordering flow rather than a chat back-and-forth.
Solution :
A Telegram Mini App: a photo-led menu with detailed item cards, a cart and checkout, and a real-time kitchen panel where the cook sees incoming orders the moment they’re placed. A dark, on-brand “Halal” look throughout.
My Role :
Everything — design, front-end, back-end and deployment.
Process :
Built the storefront and cart first, then the realtime layer so orders reach the kitchen instantly, then the cook’s panel to manage them. Shipped on Vercel.
Outcome :
A complete, in-Telegram ordering experience with a live kitchen view — the kind of Mini App small food businesses actually want. (Screens shown in demo mode.)
Tech Stack :
Next.js + TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres + Realtime), @twa-dev/sdk for Telegram, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel.
