Law Firm in Portuguese
Website with an assistant for Brazilian and Portuguese clients
A sample page for a Spanish immigration firm that works with Brazilian and Portuguese clients: the whole site in Portuguese, nine practice areas as cards and an assistant that answers in the client’s language.
Problem :
The firm’s clients are Portuguese speakers moving to Spain, but the path from a search to a consultation was slow on a phone, and questions arriving at night waited until the next working day.
Solution :
A calm navy first screen in Portuguese with the key areas (nationality, appeals, EU residence, minors, studies) as tabs, nine services as scrolling cards and an assistant that answers in Portuguese or Spanish and passes the request to the team.
My Role :
Concept, design, Portuguese copy structure and build of the sample page, plus the assistant set-up. The firm’s name, address, phone numbers and staff names are removed from these screenshots.
Process :
I mapped the firm’s services to the situations of its clients, chose a restrained palette that reads as a serious law office, built the page on the shared template and checked the assistant on common questions in both languages.
Outcome :
A sample page the firm could try on its own phone before any agreement, with booking one tap away and answers in the client’s language at any hour.
Tech Stack :
Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on a multi-brand template (one code base, its own content, palette and first screen for each firm). An AI assistant limited to the firm’s own information, booking requests sent to WhatsApp, Telegram, a spreadsheet or a CRM. Hosted on Vercel.
