Website with a booking assistant
A sample page for a small immigration practice in Barcelona: a dark, photo-led first screen with services as tabs, and an assistant that answers clients and takes booking requests at any hour.
Problem :
Most people who need an immigration lawyer search on their phone, often in the evening. The practice’s current site hid its fourteen services deep in the menu, and outside office hours there was no quick way to ask a question or request a consultation.
Solution :
A dark first screen with a real office photo, the main areas (immigration, nationality, residence, family) as tabs and a booking button within reach of the thumb. Below, every service as its own card, and an assistant that answers from the practice’s own information and collects name, phone and reason for the visit.
My Role :
Concept, design and build of the sample page, plus the assistant’s knowledge base from the practice’s public information. The firm’s name, address, phone numbers and staff names are removed from these screenshots.
Process :
I reviewed the current site on a phone, rebuilt the structure around the questions clients actually ask, gave the page its own palette and first screen on the shared template, and tested the assistant on typical questions about residence and nationality.
Outcome :
A working page the practice could open and try before any agreement: services on the first screen, booking in one tap on mobile and an assistant that replies at any hour.
Tech Stack :
Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on a multi-brand template (one code base, its own content, palette and first screen for each firm). An AI assistant limited to the firm’s own information, booking requests sent to WhatsApp, Telegram, a spreadsheet or a CRM. Hosted on Vercel.
