Immigration Lawyers, Three Offices
Website with online booking and an assistant
A sample page for an immigration and tax firm with three offices in Spain and online consultations: a first screen with services as tabs, a bento grid of practice areas and an assistant that books appointments.
Problem :
The firm works in person in three cities and online across Spain, but visitors had to dig to find their case and the right office, and there was no simple way to book from a phone.
Solution :
A first screen with the practice areas as tabs and one clear booking button, services as a bento grid with photos, offices and languages in their own blocks, and an assistant that answers questions and collects booking requests at any hour.
My Role :
Concept, design and build of the sample page, plus the assistant’s knowledge base. The firm’s name, address, phone numbers and staff names are removed from these screenshots.
Process :
I restructured the firm’s services around the client’s situation, built a lighter variant of the shared template with a bento services grid, tuned the mobile layout so every area is reachable with one thumb and tested the assistant on typical questions.
Outcome :
A sample page the firm could open on a phone before any agreement: the case found in seconds, booking in one tap and answers at any hour.
Tech Stack :
Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on a multi-brand template (one code base, its own content, palette and first screen for each firm). An AI assistant limited to the firm’s own information, booking requests sent to WhatsApp, Telegram, a spreadsheet or a CRM. Hosted on Vercel.
